This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines prohibited activities and responsibilities for users of 8Dweb LLC’s services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws, including but not limited to those in the EU, Virginia, and California. Violations may result in penalties as described in our Terms of Service.

- Engaging in unauthorized access or attempts to compromise the security of any system, including 8Dweb LLC’s systems.
1.3 Unsolicited Communications
- Sending spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited bulk communications.
- Operating open mail relays or proxies for spam distribution.
1.4 Fraudulent Activity
- Impersonating another person or entity, creating falsified identities, or operating fraudulent accounts.
- Engaging in phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
1.5 Harassment and Abuse
- Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior towards any individual, group, or organization.
1.6 Resource Misuse
- Conducting activities that disrupt the Services, including excessive bandwidth consumption or activities that degrade network performance.
- Operating scripts, bots, or processes that overload servers or infrastructure.
1.7 Privacy Violations
- Collecting, storing, or sharing personal data without explicit consent, in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws.
2. Compliance with Applicable Laws
All users must adhere to the following legal frameworks:
European Union
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding data handling, privacy, and consent.
California
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments, ensuring user rights related to data access, deletion, and sharing.
Virginia
- Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), governing data privacy and protection.
3. Penalties for Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions:
- Fines starting at $1,000 per incident, plus costs incurred (e.g., investigative or legal fees).
- Temporary or permanent suspension of services.
- Termination of services without prior notice for severe violations.
- Reporting of illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
