Roundcube allows you to export all your contacts in a single VCF file. Unfortunately Smartermail is too stupid to see more than the first contact. You need to convert the VCF file to CSV and you can then easily import your contacts into Smartermail.  This will work with ANY system that exports multiple VCF cards in a single file

  1. Login into your RoundCube Webmail
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Click on Export in upper Left - this downloads contacts in vcard
  4. Navigate to http://labs.brotherli.ch/vcfconvert/
  5. Click to Choose File you just downloaded from roundcube
  6. Click on Format and Choose CSV
  7. Click Tab and change to Comma and Place Check in Add header line
  8. Click on Convert - this will download the CSV format file
  9. Nine: Log into Smartermail, Click on the Person Icon to Show contacts
  10. Click on Actions and choose Import/Export
  11. Choose Import
  12. Choose the File to Upload and Hit Next in the Wizard
  13. Check Mappings and click Next
  14. DONE
