Upcoming Infrastructure Upgrade: Enhancing Your Hosting Experience

Beginning on July 26th, 8Dweb will be overhauling our Enhance Hosting Panel Infrastructure. We chose Enhance for our hosting control panel on June 1, 2024, after an eight-month introductory period.
On July 26th, we will update our hosting infrastructure in the IAD4 data center with new hardware specifically tailored for Enhance hosting. This upgrade will introduce higher clock speed CPUs and faster NVMe storage. All server roles for web02.my.8dcloud.com, web04.my.8dcloud.com, and web06.my.8dcloud.com will be migrated to the new hardware on web08.my.8dcloud.com.
Due to the way Enhance performs migrations, this transition will be seamless for end users. Email will remain on the SMTP server to which your account is already assigned, so there will be no change.
The IAD3 data center upgrade will follow in August 2024.
