Cancellations


8Dweb values our customer relationships.

We know that there will be times where you desire to cancel your services.

General Cancellation Policy
Due to the increasing social hack attempts in the hosting industry, 8Dweb LLC requires that you submit your cancellation(s) in writing using the email address which is linked to your customer account. 8Dweb LLC will not process phone-in cancellation requests. In certain cases, such as co-location and Data Center Allocation services, we may require further proof of identity prior to processing those cancellatoin requests.

If you do phone in requesting a cancellation request, our team will work with you to help you submit a written cancellation request.

All cancellations must be made 30 calendar days in advance of your monthly, quarterly or annual renewal. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

CMSdefender Hosting Cancellation Policy
8Dweb has a 30 day money-back guarantee on all new CMSdefender hosting plans, however, if you cancel a CMSdefender plan prior to the billing cycle renewal date, you will be required to pay the domain registration fee, since this would normally be covered in your plan fees. There are zero exceptions. Your CMSdefender account will be cancelled only after the domain registration fee has been paid. 8Dweb LLC will work with you to transfer any domain to the registrar of your choosing, at any time. 8Dweb LLC cannot and will not pay for domain transfers in or out of our domain registar in the event of cancellation of CMSdefender services. These fees will be the sole responsibility of you, the domain holder

All CMSdefender hosting plans may be cancelled by requesting cancellation in our customer portal. Our team may require further proof of identity prior to authorizing the cancellation.

SentryServer Cancellation Policy
Any SentryServer product may be cancelled by submitting a cancellation request 30 days prior to plan renewal. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full prior to cancellation of services. Our team may require further proof of identity prior to authorizing the cancellation.

CoLocation Cancellation Policy
All CoLocation Services are paid in advance and as such may be cancelled in writing 30 days prior to plan renewal. The customer is responsible for all fees related to shipping of co-located hardware to and from 8Dweb LLC. Our team may require further proof of identity prior to authorizing the cancellation.

Data Center Allocation Services Cancellation Policy
Data Center contracts must be paid in full for the specified contract term. Cancellation of Data center services must be received and acknowledged by 8Dweb LLC in writing with proof of identity 45 calendar days in advance of the renewal date. All data center contracts will automatically renew on their annual/bi-annual schedule. If you permit a data center contract to automatically renew, you will be liable for a minimum 1 full year of data center allocation fees. There are zero exceptions to this policy.
