Cancellation Policy


Cancellation of Hosting Products
8Dweb SentryServer, CMSdefender, Email and DNS products may be cancelled by providing notice in writing 30 days in advance of the next renewal. All invoiced products that exist at the time of the cancellation request must be paid in full. The cancellation request feature of our 8Dweb customer portal and our 8Dweb Help Desk are acceptable methods to provide 30 days notice. There will be no refunds for paid invoices if a service is cancelled early.

Cancellation of Data Center Services
All data center services, including co-location, Rack and power, contractual remote-hands may only be cancelled by providing notice in writing 30 days in advance of the end of the current contract period. Early cancellations of yearly or longer contracts will require payment in full for remaining contract term and/or early termination penalty fee as per your contract agreement.
